3. How to Send a DMCA Notice

Please note that incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed. We will reply in 24 to 48 hours.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Notice was removed in error or is misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action against you.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate or restrict access to users who are repeat infringers.

6. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may revise or update this DMCA Policy whenever necessary to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be adjusted accordingly.
